Shipping Information

To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you receive it on time as we advertise, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and that it includes all relevant and / or required information.


Using abbreviations, street numbers, correct house or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure on-time delivery. We take no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.

We know you are excited to get your Phero Parfume, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is done as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast. 

USA POST NOTICE

We ship with Fedex, USPS and UPS and they are currently experiencing delays in their delivery times as COVID-19 has made a large impact in their systems and ability to ship products effectively. 

Due to social distancing measures, signature is no longer required when receiving your order. 

WHERE IS YOUR HQ AND WAREHOUSE BASED?

Our warehouses are located in Arizona and our office is located in Los Angeles. 

IS DELIVERY FREE?

For a limited time only we are offering Free Delivery US Wide with no minimum order value.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY SOAP?

We ship all products within 24-48 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your pampas as soon as possible. 

You will receive your Soap usually within 5-14 business days of placing your order, it is largely dependant on how fast Fedex, USPS and UPS are since their enterprise is experiencing large volumes of package delivery.  

 

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS

If you find any non-delivery or if the tracking information shows that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to make a complaint (shophappyglassskin@gmail.com).

We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process requests.

We assume no responsibility for packages that have been flagged as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes more than one item and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you to your original method of payment for items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it is composed of several items.
